  • Does the hotel have an onsite restaurant?

    Mediterrani, our on-site restaurant at Assured Ascot Quays has closed. With the evolution of our industry and the trending change toward delivered food, we have expanded our food delivery options so our accomodation customers and our guests now have the following options for dining in.


    We have a continental breakfast buffet available each day on the ground floor for in-house guests. In addition, breakfast baskets are available for guests to prepare cooked breakfast at their convenience within their apartment.

    In Room Dining

    A range of Heat & Eat meals, fresh salads, pastries, snacks and pantry items, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from our reception area Pantry Shop.

    We have referral arrangements with local restaurants including ‘The Cray’ and ‘The Aquarium Chinese’ and ‘Seafood Restaurant’, for in-room dining deliveries.

    Uber Eats is also an option for guests to access a wide range of cuisines from other local restaurants and cafés within only a few clicks from the Uber Eats App. Their services are long established within our apartments for customers’ choice and range of meals.

    Dining Out Locally

    For guests who prefer restaurant dining we provide in-room information about the extensive list of local restaurants, bars and cafés and some of these options provide discounts to our guests.

    The Cray Seafood & Grill restaurant is 750m walk along the river path. The Aquarium Seafood Chinese Restaurant is 700m walk in the opposite direction along Great Eastern Highway. A charge back service to the room account is available for companies with pre-arranged credit for accommodation and meals.

  • Do you offer fitness facilities?

    Yes, we have gym facilities and a 25 metre outdoor swimming pool plus easy access to riverside walking and cycling paths.

  • Do you offer internet facilities?

    Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel and also have an Internet kiosk in the hotel lobby.

  • How far away are you from the Perth Airport?

    We are located only four kilometres from the Perth Domestic Airport and eleven kilometres from the Perth International Airport.

  • How far away are you from Perth City Centre?

    We are located only six kilometres from the Perth City Centre.

  • Is there car parking at the hotel?

    Yes, we offer complimentary onsite parking for our guests, either on the ground floor or undercover.

  • Do you offer concierge services?

    No, however, we have trolleys available for guests to use. Reception can help with booking tours, hire cars, printing maps, sending faxes, posting letters and any other requirements you may have during your stay.

  • Can you hold meetings in the apartments?

    You are welcome to have informal meetings within the apartment on the basis that the number of people does not exceed the maximum room number, however formal meetings are not permitted. We offer full functions, meetings and events facilities and a dedicated Events Team that can assist you.   • Do I need a Credit Card to book?

    A valid Credit Card is required at the time of making a booking and also at the time of check-in. Non Credit Card bookings are subject to management approval and require a cash bond and sufficient identification when checking in. The request should be made prior to check in to avoid any inconvenience.

  • What do I need to check in?

    Upon arrival, any guest that is not using a company issued Credit Card or does not have access to Approved Credit charge back facilities will be asked for a credit card pre authorisation or bond for a minimum $300 value. All nights’ accommodation will need to be paid for up front and valid identification must be presented. Management reserves the right to refuse any guest from checking in if valid identification cannot be produced or if there are insufficient funds to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay.
